I. General Terms (Applies to All Services)

> Booking & Commitment: Please think carefully and finalize your details before availing of a commission. Once the service has officially started, major changes to the original request will not be accepted.> Payment Policy: A minimum 50% downpayment (or full payment) is required to lock in your slot on my schedule! If you choose the 50% downpayment option, I will ask for the remaining balance once I hit 70% comission progress. Don't worry, I always provide a screenshot to prove the progress before asking for the final half!> Rush Orders: Need it fast? A rush fee of 50% to 80% of the base price will be applied, depending on the complexity and urgency of the commission.> First Come, First Serve: Slots are prioritized based on payment date, not the inquiry date. Your commission is only officially scheduled once the payment is received.> Mandatory Vouch: A short vouch or review is strictly required upon the successful delivery of your commission to help build my portfolio.> Client Conduct: Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or disrespect towards me will not be tolerated. Violating this will result in immediate cancellation of your commission (without a refund) and a permanent ban from my services.> Refund Policy: Downpayments are non-refundable once I have started working on your commission. Refunds are only provided if I, the freelancer, have to cancel the project.

II. Graphic Design Terms

> Revisions: Minor tweaks are allowed. However, major revisions (changing the entire layout, theme, or concept after approval) will require an additional fee of PHP 20 to PHP 50 per revision.> Usage Rights: All designs are for personal use or standard social media posting. Reselling, claiming the work as your own, or using the created works for commercial merchandise is strictly prohibited.> Process Guarantee: All graphic design works are manually crafted. Absolutely NO Artificial Intelligence (AI) generation tools will be used in the creation of your designs.

III. Genshin Impact Piloting Terms

> Account Liability: I am not liable for any bans, damages, or issues with your Genshin Impact account if you have shared your login details with other third-party individuals, or if your account has a history of using illegal third-party software or unofficial top-up sites.> Account Security: I will strictly only do the tasks you paid for. I will never spend your Primogems, Fates, Fragile Resin, or Starglitter/Stardust without your explicit permission.> Login Interruption: Please do not log into the account while I am piloting. If you need to log in, please message me first to avoid kicking me out during a domain or quest!> Content Creation & Recording: Gameplay snippets, achievements, or footage recorded while piloting your account may be featured in my content on social media (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.). Personal account details, usernames, and sensitive info will always be blurred or hidden to protect your privacy.

> Data Collection: I only request the information strictly necessary to complete your commission (e.g., design briefs, references, or Genshin Impact login credentials).> Account Confidentiality: Your Genshin Impact login details are kept 100% strictly confidential. They are only used for the duration of the piloting service and will be permanently deleted from my devices immediately after the service is completed.> Information Security: Your personal information and login credentials will never be shared, leaked, sold, or distributed. Gameplay footage used for content creation will have all identifiable personal details strictly censored.
